Because I saw a million and one people saying how cute her hair was... Myself being one of them... XD

I don't know what she's annoyed about... But the expression just came out like that... It's cute too! Very Happy

I like her new hair too, not as much as her old style though (:c) it is a really cute style.

... I don't know if I've seen the design on her shirt before. Is that just you being random, or is it something?

Nice pic! And I'm glad the pig tails went over so well. I like her hair better the old way too, but only because it's easier to draw. Heh. But I like changing it now and then.

On a side note, Hillaree's next outfit was also in the poll. Outfit A. That means she'll be going back to the head band. I'll have to get used to it again.

About the shirt, I was afraid that it was hard to tell what it was, but I figured it didn't really matter. Sorry that it did . . .

The top one is an oval little . . . bead thing. Below it on each side is a little piece of ribbon. I didn't draw them very well, and sometimes they were cut off.

So now you know what it is on her shirt, heh. This design is interesting though . . . Not sure why I like it so much . . . I might end up stealing it for something.

At the top is Hilaree's name in Katakana (the writing system the Japanese use for foreign/borrowed words and names. and sometimes just randomly (for example: in Kingdom Hearts, Sora, Riku, and Kairi's names are all written in Katakana)). And sure, if you want. XD I was just doing this for fun, really.
