It's a signature. (you can change it in your profile)
Like yours, it says,
"...
I talk to much...
..."
It doesn't necissarly have to be an image, but I created this part of the forum so people can ask others to make an image for them. ^_^

I know what a signature is and stuff. Just didn't ever hear it called siggy so thanks for explaining it to me!

Yup, I created it. (if you didn't check the news on 'administrative' you wouldn't know who did.)
Oh, and yeah I like being called NeoGeorgia. ^^ But I dun like being called Neo.

Haha, I usually check "Character Discussions" first, then in order the boards bottom up when I visit the forum. Dunno why. :/ So I get to news last (I knew you had made it by the time you replied. :3)
