Hey, I thought it'd be fun to start a thread about our adventures on the Wi-Fi with Diamond and Pearl. I haven't done it a whole lot yet, but I have had a blast when I have!

My first Wi-Fi experience was with NeoJames155. I wanted to trade for a TM 29, Psychic so I could teach it to Junior, my Mime Jr. At first it wouldn't let us connect to trade. We ended up trying a battle first. Seeing as how his first Pokémon was a Lv. 100 Mewtwo and I only had like Lv. 25 Pokémon, I saw quickly that he would have an advantage. So after he K.O.'d my first few Pokémon, I ran, letting him rack up another victory. He woulda won anyway. We were then able to trade. I traded my Geodude for his Graveler which then evolved into a Golem. I got the TM and then I convinced him to trade back.

My next adventure was with Amjam. We did a voice chat and decided to battle. As soon as I opened the battle, Jesseo382 took up the challenge instead! He came at me with Lugia and Parukia. After the first K.O.'s, I ran from that battle as well. He just had me too outclassed! Then Amjam and I battled. I didn't realize her team was mostly of Pokémon she was still training so I had an advantage. She did knock out Totin, (Kricketune,) so it wasn't a complete shut out. Still feel kinda bad . . . We then chatted it up.

My final adventure was with the Global Trading Center. Some of you may know about the newspaper . . . place that asks you to bring in a different Pokémon everyday in exchange for various Poké Balls. Today they asked for a Croagunk which aren't available every day and I didn't have one. I offered up an extra Carnivine I had in exchange for a Croagunk and I was lucky! In less than an hour or so, I had a new Croagunk! And it's name was in Japanese even! Razz

So yeah, kinda long and not all that exciting, but it was fun. How about you guys?

Nothing about me...but my brother got a Palkia with Pokerust. :>
Oh, and you should get him back when you have a strong team. ^^;

Heh, I would like to, but I don't have any Lv. 100's right now. I trained a whole bunch of Pokémon up to Lv. 50, but no 100's. I wasn't that dedicated. I had a Charizard and a Mewtwo at Lv. 100 once but they got deleted.

I can't really add much. My friend gave me some baby Chikoritas, Cyndaquils, and Totodiles, and I've been training some. Other than that, I told a couple of my many embarrassing "yelling at fictional characters" stories to Vye and had a great time playing with the GTS.

Anything you can add is great! And those were great stories. I wouldn't mind a Cyndaquil, Chikorita, or Totodile myself, so go you!

I like Azelf the most.

I don't really have Wi-Fi (sometimes I can pick up a weak signal from my neighbors' house!), but I've managed to do GTS a few times. It's funny the things you'll do for a Pokemon sometimes, like once I was looking for a cherubi and I found one where the other person wanted Skorupi, which I didn't have. So I searched for a Skorupi, and found one where the person wanted another Pokemon I didn't have, so I searched that Pokemon, and it went on for like a half hour.

Heh, did you end up getting the Pokemon you wanted at least? Sounds actually like a fun way to do it if you have patience . . .

Umm...

Well, a while ago, I was in a battle with this guy... he took out my first few Pok'emon, and then I sent out my (then) brand new Dusknoir, Juubei...

Juubei plowed through the poor sap's entire team. When I had his last Pok'emon down into the red, the guy disconnected. xD

It's really sad when people are that desperate to avoid a loss on their record. My win/loss ratio is horrible, so I don't really care xD

I haven't been on Wi-Fi in ages, this makes me want to pick up Pearl again... maybe test out the Umbreon I've been working on, although she's not finished yet...
