Avatars and signature rules.If you have an avatar, please follow these rules.
No avatars that may be offending to another person's religion/race/ect.
IMPORTANT:Any person with sprites in there avatars and signatures must post credit on their signature. Otherwise the person who made/ripped the sprite will be contacted!
Anyone disobeying these rules will be banned.
