Battle with me!

Quick image or roleplay battle!
How it works: Each opponent posts their team, either drawn or written.
Then we take turns posting our attacks.

Result: a fun game! And if you like drawing, you can doodle. If you just like battling or writing, you can do that too!

Anyone up for a round? It's basically anime-styled battling in a quick recreational way.
I've got Bulbasaur and Shedinja up first. We're treating Pokemon abilities and levels as they do in the anime, which means we're pretty evenly matched outside of training and type advantages.

2/6 pokemon out
0/6 fainted

Ghost

[[Sounds interesting.
But.. attack-wise, what levels should we consider them to be?]]

To be honest...? It doesn't matter. The point's to have fun. xD I don't know if a one-hit KO is quite possible, unless it's an obviously severely outmatched Pokemon, but all I was aiming for was an anime-style battle game. Just making it up as we go. Wink

Example:

Player 1's drawing/post: Charmeleon out!
Player 2: Pikachu out!
Player 1: Charmeleon uses Slash!
Player 2: Pikachu is hurt! Pikachu uses Thunderbolt!
Player 1: Charmeleon attempts to dodge! Charmeleon is hit! Charmeleon uses bite!
Player 2: Pikachu dodges and uses Quick Attack!
Player 1: Charmeleon uses Ember!
Player 2: Pikachu uses Iron Tail!
Player 1: Critical hit! Charmeleon faints!

Schematic:

Obviously the fun is in trying out an anime-style battle, not necessarily in winning. I'd make more rules about consent and whether your Pokemon can DODGE EVERYTHING! but I think we all kinda know what we're doing here already, so it'd be superfluous xD

Anyway...yeah, just trying to liven things up with a game.
Phoenix of Chaos

Woot! I'm in!

Phoenix: Vaporeon out! Dragonair out!
Sent: 2/6
