Brawling...Any thoughts on it?
I've only played for a few hours but... here are a few things that stick out:
Space Emissary... is very random. Or so it seems, anyhow. o__O Not that I'm complaining. My fave pokemon (one of my favourites, anyhow) was in there. Sweet. (I'm hoping that's not a spoiler, 'cause.. you guys don't know my favourites, pretty much o__O;; If it is, I'll take this bit out)..
As for normal melee, well.. It's slower than melee. And it is FAR too easy to catch items in mid-air. In melee, you had to practice. In Brawl, it seems as if you just have to press 'a' anywhere near the item, whether it's two feet away (two feet for the characters, anyhow) or flying right at you. And then you catch it. Hmm..
And then there's the shield, which takes longer to come up than in melee, and the mid-air dodge that, while more realistic, doesn't move you in a direction any longer.
Those are just some thoughts. Anybody here notice anything particular?
(I noticed that.. Link is/seems heavier, can't jump as high xD quite annoying, actually.
If this is too much info... please let me know. ;-; I don't want to give it all away, kinda thing, y'know.. that'd be mean.

Me and my brother have already beat Sub Space. xD We unlocked all the characters. (NOT SAYING! TOO MANY SPOILERS! >_<) but we haven't beat All Star yet. D=

I don't have it yet. I wanted to save money. And the lack of Mewtwo made it pretty low on my list of priorities.

Mewtwo's coding is in the game, but very little. Thus, there isn't enough data for you to play as him.

He's one of the forbidden 7. One of the 7 are Plusle & Minun. Yet, I'm pretty sure Pichu has no clear data in the game at all.

They shoulda just kept him. That's my opinion. (Heh, as if you didn't know or could guess that.)

They got rid of him because of some "clone" (oiracul) (Typed backwards 'cause of spoiler. x3)
He isn't really a clone, honestly. just one or two of the same moves...

The could have had them both. I don't think it would have been that big of deal. Or take out the "clone." Mewtwo's better anyway!

I actually like it a lot.  Due to physical limitations I have (nothing too bad, don't worry XD), the choice of playing with the Wiimote sideways is a great relief to me. After my trouble (and disappointment) with Wii's Twilight Princess, the range of controller options was the best thing Nintendo could have done to open it up to players.
I'm pretty happy with the character selection, seeing as I tend to stick to playing as Peach. Subspace Emissary got on my nerves because of being forced to play as several characters which I was really bad at (and when you play with a ten-year-old, your choice is usually narrowed down to ONE). I didn't find it random, though. There's just a lot of parallel plots to follow. My brother and I beat it after six tries at the final boss. XD We were pulling out our best characters, too! (psst... for anyone who has trouble, learn to use PK Thunder. it WILL save you)
Best part for me is a tie between Stage Creation and Online Play. I've been building like crazy, and it is FUN, especially with requests from my dad and brother. Online Play is split into two parts, With Friends and With Anyone. With Friends is great because of getting to play with friends in New York who I haven't even met in real life! With Anyone is great because of everyone being anonymous. I can fight with people from everywhere and not worry because no one knows it's me! (although I'm the only one who plays as Peach there... XD)

Yes, he was coded into the game... I found that out a month ago...That isn't any rumor, that IS true. I saw that actual coding somewhere.

Brawl won't even be released here untill the end of the next month. I can't wait to play it though, the first two always were a lot of fun ('specially in multi-player), and I expect no less from this one, 'specially with an improved solo mode.

It's not really solo, because you can play co-op in it. But, yeah, it's a really good game and I bet you'll like it.

I got Lucario! He's my favorite right now, since he's my only heavy damage-person. ;_; Kirby just doesn't cut it. But he's my favorite-favorite. ^-^
You know, Snake is kinds cute, in a rough, I-need-to-murder-everyone kind of way...

First off, sorry for double posting.
Well, I'd had it for a few days. Like, 2 or 3. maybe 5. xD But I now have, like, 7 unlocked. We got a new TV, so I couldn't play it. (but it's a 48 inch hi-definition widescreen TV, so it's okay. Minus the wide-screen.)

And then there's the Brawl fanboy. I've unlocked all chars, all stages, not all challenges reward (have done the events, though. Go, easy mode!) and I'm currently increasing the difficulties on the main brawls. Level 6 at the moment means I win, but I will defeat a level nine!

I don't have brawl accessible to me at this time, but... I think he plays it every now and then. I'll ask him, if you're interested at all. ^^
I think we were missing 5-10 of the challenges last I checked. He may have done more.
