Four Mysterious.The four people on the first page (Henceforth referred to by me as "Four Mysterious").
Who are they?
What is meant by "Proceed as planned"?
Is there a fifth, a big boss "Giovanni" figure of some sort?
What do they have planned?
When will we see them again?
I'd like to open discussion about Four Mysterious, because I think they're very intriguing characters that we haven't seen a lot of yet.

I hope replying to this before anyone else says anything won't like . . . discourage anyone else from contributing to this topic. I am interested to see what you guys think about these four.
I can't give anything away of course, but I will say that they will make another small appearance in either Chapter 5 or 6. I decided to let you guys get another peek at them.
So that will answer one of the questions you asked. The other questions? Well . . . "Mwahahahaha!" and all that. Let's see what everyone thinks!

Theories.Before you guys read too much into my comments, you should know that I don't know squat about these characters, the "Four Mysterious" as they may be called. While I do sometimes get spoilers from my sister, she likes to keep the big stuff like this secret.
Anywho, on with the insane dronings of Luckey!
My thoughts on the Four Mysterious- EVIL! They are obviously the bad guys of "Just Gotta."
I think that whatever they're planning was the reason Celebi brought her to the Pokemon world. Celebi had apologized over and over about it and said it was for her own good- to protect her. Celebi obviously knows they're bad news and wanted to get her the heck outta dodge. So, somehow she and Celebi must have known each other, otherwise, why protect her?
I'm clueless about it, and I'm still trying to weasel something outta my sis!
Just remember that these opinions are my own about Hillaree's story, and may not be remotely close to the actual plot!

I don't think the Four Mysterious are evil, I just think they have their own agenda and their own way of doing things.
