Happy New Year! And 2007 Highlights!Happy New Year everyone! No special page for Just Gotta this time. I'm busy working away at something for the upcoming 1 Year Anniversary for Just Gotta . . .
(No hints of what it is for you though!)
Anyway, I've been looking back at this year to see what the best moments were. There were some sad moments too, but I wanted to focus on the good. I hope you guys can do the same with this year.
My best day this last year had to be April 23rd. (Pretty sure that was the date.) Heh, why that day? Well, that day is the day that I found Pokemon Diamond waiting for me on my front porch! Yay! I had preordered it and had it overnighted so it was there when I got home. But that wasn't all. I also was lucky enough to get a Wii that very same day! I was walking through Wal-Mart and was in Electronics. They announced on the intercom that they had ONE Wii in stock. I hurried right over to the counter and got it! A Wii and Pokemon Diamond all in the same day!
Man . . . Best. Day. Ever.
In February, on my birthday even, my nephew was born. We share a birthday! And this was my first nephew born so I became an aunt that day too! (I don't have any other nephews or nieces, in case you're wondering. I just worded that weird.) So that was a big day for me too.
And of course, there was January 18th. That was the day that Just Gotta was launched. It's been really fun so that was definitely a positive for this year.
I'll miss you, 2007. I hope 2008 serves me well!
And you guys too, I guess.

My favoriite day was.... Sept. 22! I started my webcomic Butterfly Chromosome and immediately got 3 fans! *^_^* I was really happy!
Another favorite day was dec. 27, because I got 12 manga for the price of 9! And I got Mario Galaxy.
And Vye, -_-; You put that "i became an aunt" speech a little weirdly. It sounded like you gave birth to your nephew...

I don't know what day I liked...Valentine's day? That was pretty fu at school. But that's pretty much all I remember.
And when I got Diamond, of course.

Anime Boston on April 21st and 22nd was amazing this year. I have too many stories to type them all up here... discovering Just Gotta, and going on a trip to the Virgin Islands was fun. So was working on the comic I had tried to start, "Manifest Destiny".
I made a lot of friends, and I'm in a new school where I haven't felt like the new kid once. It's been a great year.
Hmmm... I was also overjoyed with most things I waited to come out this year, and I've had a great time online, probably amassing more friends than I ever have before. ^^ The internet is what keeps me sane and optimistic, I think.
I think my resolution is to re-attempt that comic, because I had developed it quite a bit, and it was a lot of fun just drawing and inking all of the pages (even though I ink intensely, and by hand, so my hand hurt after only a few pages x.x)
