How did you find Just Gotta?

Just what the title says. Did you see it in someone's favorites? Did a friend tell you to visit? Was it on the "Recently Updated" list or the "Featured Donator Comic" bar on a page? Did a reader or Vye comment on your comic? Did you follow a banner from another website?

Because it might be interesting to see how people came to the comic, although I'm guessing most answers will be in the same general area. I think I had just discovered SJ and was looking for Pokemon comics, but I didn't even look at sprite ones. I was trying to find hand-drawn ones. And... Um, yeah. I forget what page I started reading, but when I commented first on p.23, and began my journey of commenting every day! My third comment was "Can I be an Evur fan?" XD My first blamed Mewtwo for bringing Hilaree to the Pokemon world. I really don't change my opinions that much.

Yeah, sometimes. I love/hate looking back at the early pages. Hate it because of how bad they are. Love it because it's cool to see how I progressed.

When I see this comic's banner, I was like "OMFG DRAWN POKEMON COMICZ =O"

So I clicked.

And ended up as fan.

Well, I was a member of the Serebii.net forums and I was bored so I was looking through the list of fancomics. I saw a thread entitled "Just Gotta" and I thought it was an interesting name, so I clicked on the link and read the comic. I loved it so much it inspired me to make my own comic. I also read it to my brother and now he too is a Just Gotta fan. Bravo, Vye!

After I found SJ, I searched Pokemon comics (looking for something to read). I saw Just Gotta, saw it was hand drawn and thought "Odd title, I'm most likely not going to like it..."...

And whattaya know... It's different and good... And now I'm a fan.

I'm a regular at The Middle Ground, and when Akuma made his fancomic for Just Gotta, he also posted a link to the site itself, so I got curious and followed it.

And here I am now.

I found this via a favourites list. At the time, I was only an author of Pointless Fights, but since then I've become awestruck. I think Just Gotta had reached it's 150+ fan point then, but I was still willing to join the throng of awesomeness.

I used SJ's search engine to look for Pokemon fan comics, and Just Gotta was the top one, so I clicked on it.. and as many of you know, I spent about 6 or 8 hours straight reading the entire thing (I think it was at around 350+/_ pages at the time)... and as I love hand drawn comics and since it's Pokemon, I was sooo happy to find it Very Happy

I've also added Vye's other comics to my fanlist... >.<

Hmmmmmmmmmmm...I can't really remember it was way back in December. I think I was looking at Pokemon comics and in the "related comics or other comics" section I saw this lovely thing and I read it in 1 or 2 days.

I was on SJ's for like, a week or two, and i saw JG under the "recently updated" and the title "just gotta" annoyed the hell out of me. xD maybe it's because it was like, not too revealing. but it annoyed me, nevertheless. xD
Anyway, after seeing it for the upteenth time, i just was like "fine, i'm gonan read it."

And after 3 chapters, i'd say I was totally hooked. I couldn't finish it, so I book marked it, and commented on the latest page of that time, saying how good it was.

I liked all the developed characters, though, i was kinda annoyed with the ridiculous amount of pokemon being recruited by hil. heh. but it was so very interesting.

wait....you know what? I ACTUALLY read Just mewtwo before just gotta! hah!

Hillaree does have a lot of team members at this point. The Taillow makes 10. There's one, possibly two, more team members that will be added before the arc is over. I think I will wait a good while before adding some more after that. I hope. Heh, sorry . . .

with all those pokemon added on her team, so many just get the shaft. Kinda Sad.
Like Ponyta, she seemed to have been added in there just so Hillaree could get to town faster.^^'
