Well, I do want a Piplup, Buizel, and a Glameow. But not sure about the other six Pokemon.

you mean the other 3? Well, it's good that you have a start of which pokemon to get. I say look for a nice grass-type pokemon to teach some moves that you'll get along the way. Don't forget, when you get Pokemon Pearl to show your progress in the progress topic!

I've been hinting to my parents about getting the D&P DS Lite for my birthday... Mom was considering getting a Wii for Xmas, so maybe I have a chance. XD I can't play on my sister's forever, and the pokemon ld one looks awesome.
