Mewtwo!Of course. I believe there was another name, of whomever cloned him, but for now we'll stick to Mewtwo.
Because the comic has just begun, there isn't much to say. However! Boards rarely get made when topics are sitting around, waiting to be talked about, so if a discussion doesn't begin naturally as the comic progresses I'll have to start something up once there is something to talk about.
Predictions/possible sinister thoughts: He's going to "run away" in some sense, because you know that scenario.
Depending on the character of his creator, they'll either develop a very strong bond or hate each other forever.
He'll learn gradually how to use his powers.
They're related to Spyro's having psychic powers (does mewtwo know 'transform' like mew? in the manga mew takes any form it wants, I believe, although I haven't read in a while so I can't be sure)
He'll go on a big quest to find something or learn about himself or work with Celebi to stop Four Mysterious.
When he meets Hilaree, she'll learn that he is the one by her side in her dreams.

This is just me but I don't think that MewTwo met Hillaree in her dreams. I think that she meets him later on down the road, she tries to catch him but at first it doesn't work, that's what I think. I think the thing in her subconsious is some other being, kinda like Mewtwo.

power Mewtwoit is alright if we have this kinda sad/ likeable/ cutsie mewtwo for a few pages. But I want to see Mewtwo unleash his power! Team Rocket would be a good target i think.
