Pokemon RanchI'm not sure when this game is coming out, but I do know some information about it. Such as you can transfer your diamond and pearl pokemon into chibi's in the game, and use your mii! I think its a game or a download, But I'm still not sure.

The graphics won't be that great where it's a download game, (they can't make it too big of a file,) but I think they'll still be cute and fun to look at.

Depends on how many blocks you have filled.
Lucario is cool and all. I'll probably play as him after he is unlocked and stuff. He's supposed to play pretty similar to Mewtwo and stuff. I just wish it were Mewtwo instead, but I can kinda see why they wouldn't use Mewtwo again. Just ain't happy about it.

I just wish you could do more than just store pokemon on it though. Like a daycare for 100s of pokemon, where you could train them so they lvl up.

You can do more than just store them. You can play with them and stuff. I think there is something about helping their stats or leveling up, but I'm not sure.

According to Serebii, Pokemon Ranch was released on the Wii today! I'm going to go see!
Edit: It's there! 1,000 Points. I downloaded it! Yay!

No, you can't. You can do some trading with a girl in the game and play with the Pokemon, but not a whole lot else. It's just a storage system.
The bad thing is if you put your Pokemon on there and then restart, you can't bring your Pokemon back. At least with Box then you could withdraw them onto a different game after there were already 100 Pokemon in the 'Dex. So people will have to be careful about resetting.

Can that even HOLD 1000? I've run into a problem at 309! (ran out of pokemon in the boxes)
Also, has anyone else noticed that pokemon with the move Waterfall can't be put in the ranch?

I did run into something weird on Emerald once. I was getting ready to transfer my team onto Diamond so I was erasing their HM moves. I got to my Lombre which had Surf. When I tried to have him forget it, it said that Lombre didn't want to forget it! It wouldn't delete it! I've never seen that before.
The only way I could get it to delete it was by getting my Azumarill into my team and I taught it Surf as well. Then it let me delete it. It was weird. Guess the game didn't want me to get trapped without Surf?

I doubt that, by the time a pokemon can learn Surf you'l have the HM for it. It isn't as if you can throw it away either, so that's not the reason.

Well, by that time I already had all the badges and stuff, I believe. I hadn't taken on the Elite Four but it's not like I had a shortage of HM's or badges to stop me from Surfing. I don't know why it didn't work right away.

Curioser and curioser... It now seems as if ANY HM knowing pokemon won't be accepted if they are the only pokemon with the HM move at that moment... No, that can't be right. I don't have any Flying pokemon anymore, but Skarmory (to name but one) knew both Fly and Defog...

That isn't a problem, is it? Think how hard it is to actually do so. What was it, X, Y, A, B, Start and Select at the same time? Or X, Y, A, B, L and R?
