Should I get a new banner?Just Gotta's been using the same banner for probably close to a year. Sure, it didn't always have the pretty blue background, but it was still the same banner.
I've been thinking it might be time for a new one. Just seems old and like it could be easily ignored. Might be time for something new and flashy! What do you guys think? And what should be on it, do you think? I'd like it to be something that new readers would be able to tell it's about Pokemon. So I'm open to suggestions.

I'm not much of a fan of pink myself . . . Plus I wouldn't want to scare off any potential male readers.

Well its kinda overused but you can always tell something is about pokemon if there's a pokeball on it.

There's already a majority of male readers.  You should get some estrogen into the readership!

Ha ha, I like it. Nice job.
I have an idea for one myself and downloaded a program that should help me animate it. Let me experiment and see if I can make one I like better.
Although you set the bar pretty high . . . I LOVE that text. And the green works. Just does.
If you wanted to try them, I can get you those images in just black and white . . . don't know how easy they'd be for you to color them though.

Yes, I want the images in black and white! I'd have to redo the entire banner, but that's okay!
I'll just tone them myself so everything is in tone.
I used that page where she blows up the rock, the page where she says "Lets find out everything about spyro" and I need a full-body shot of spyro.
Edit: I could also color them all. That'd be easy too.

It might me important to note that the upload size for banners on Smack Jeeves is 40 KB's. The banner you made is 60 KB.
I've made a few banners, and it's tough getting them under 40! They can't be all that fancy . . .
Here's one I made just to see what would happen. It's just two images and it's like 69 KB! I don't know what I'll be able to do with only 40! Maybe it's just not meant to be . . .
Edit: Oh wait, never mind. Apparently if you have them like on Photobucket and put the link on Smack Jeeves instead of uploading the file, it will still work no matter how big it is. So maybe I can go with a cool idea afterall!

In case anyone is wondering what I've been up to, I'm finally getting around to doing a proper character page. Maybe then I'll do a banner. I do have the next page in the works as well though. So update soon-ish!

Cool!! I can't wait to see the character page (There are so many characters by now @_@ I did think the current one was becoming outdated) and a new page/banner is always cause for celebration!

I just have two more characters to draw for it and then I'm going to scan and start coloring. Hopefully won't take TOO long.

And yeah, I drew them, Amjam, but you put them together like that and stuff. So once I get around to updating it, (I have two I need to put up now,) I'll throw it up there.
