The first time I took on the Elite Four in D/P, it was HARD. I was like 20 levels lower than they were, I think. Or maybe it was like 15 . . . Anyway, it was HARD. I still managed to get through though.
But it was so hard and annoying, I wanted to get revenge. So when I went though the second time, I was like 20 levels higher than they were. And I had a Mewtwo with me. So I took my revenge and it was sweet! Mwahahaha!

Hmm...Well, my brother gave me a level 100 Blissey for the Elite Four. A pretty nice one, not to mention.
Though I went in with no Power Point potions, so it was pretty hard. =\
You wouldn't believe HOW many times I've gone to the Elite Four to train. maybe like 25 to 30 times, I think. NOT counting the other games. ><

Still haven't beaten it in D/P... The first time I ever faced them, in Gold, I couldn't beat 'em for a LOOOONG time. Every game since it's been easy once I get there.  Uh... In Gold I swept every trainer with my Crobat at lv50 a few times. In Gold I can basically use any of my Pokemon to beat them now. XD Now Red, he's a good challenge for a team in training. I'm sad he, or a similar situation, hasn't shown up again in the new games. Maybe if they did a GS redo like FR/LG...

If only, Amjam, if only... GS was one of the better games, and it would make it an @$$-load easier to get Johto-only pokemon, such as - obviously - Lugia +Ho-oh.

3rd time:

29 Vaporeon (training it with Exp. Share from lvl 1)
4th time:
98 Blaziken
71 Heatran
67 Empoleon
59 Palkia
57 Skamory
55 Uxie
5th time:
100 Blaziken
60 Palkia
69 Empoleon
57 Skamory
47 Gardevoir
41 Gallade
Notice that Empoleon is a regular, and Blaziken was from the second time. This goes to show just how much I love those starter pokemon

the first time i defeated the elite four was when i used staraptor, luxray, infernape, golem, dialga, and uxie. before i had gastrodon but he kept dieing so i switched her out. they were around lvl 50. i defeated leafgreen elite four with a charizard, lapras, primeape, and gengar in the 40s and zapdos and articuno in the low 50s. i like the leafgreen elite four better because they improve.
